1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Taller ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Taller provides science-backed exercises, posture routines, height tracking, and wellness tools designed to help users optimize their growth potential. The App includes both free and premium subscription features.

3. Medical Disclaimer

• Results vary based on age, genetics, and individual factors.
• Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.
• Height growth results are not guaranteed.
• Do not use the App as a substitute for professional medical advice.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Free Tier: Basic workout access, height tracking, and daily challenges.

Premium Tier: Full workout library, advanced analytics, supplement guide, loot boxes, community access, and all premium features.

Subscription terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• No refunds for partial subscription periods.

5. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. User Content

You may submit measurements, photos, and other content through the App. By submitting content, you:

• Retain ownership of your content.
• Grant Taller a license to store and display your content within the App for your personal use.
• Agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights.

7. Community Guidelines

When using community features, you agree to:

• Be respectful to other users.
• Not post spam, harassment, or inappropriate content.
• Not share medical advice or make health claims.
• Report violations to our support team.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials in Taller are owned by Taller or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taller and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury from exercises or failure to achieve desired results.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App.
